In version 5.0 of the GA release, AudioCodes SmartTAP 360° Recording Solution improves on the robust offering in place with several enhancements, including customization of recording announcements, security encryption over TLS and SRTP, and support for OPUS audio encoding required for Microsoft Teams web client communications.
To improve the experience for our customers and partners worldwide, the multi-language interface now supports several European languages, including German, French, and Spanish. The new release also enables administrators to delete call and message data manually, offering the flexibility to address diverse use cases beyond a single set of compliance requirements.
The high-end server delivers increased capacity and search granularity, supporting up to 500 concurrent audio call recordings. A new search filter in the Calls List enables narrowing search results to a specified range of days or even hours. Search settings can be saved in the Calls List as a query and for convenient and recurring retrieval.
