So we’re delighted to share with you the news that AudioCodes SmartTAP™ 360° interaction and call recording solution is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Supporting the SIPREC industry standard, SmartTAP 360° is easy to deploy and can be up and running within a matter of minutes. It enables recording of any Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business PSTN call via AudioCodes SBCs and media gateways.
SmartTAP 360° Enterprise Interactions Recording joins other AudioCodes solutions already available from the Azure Marketplace:
- Mediant VE SBC with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing support
- One Voice Operations Center voice network management and quality monitoring system
- User Management Pack 365 user lifecycle management tool
When deployed in Azure, SmartTAP is provided with 4 recording licenses for evaluation. Additional licenses may be purchased from AudioCodes partners with professional customer support available at an additional charge.
