From solutions that accelerate the deployment of voice connectivity for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Phone to desk phones and video cameras that transform the hybrid meeting room and to contact center solutions that offer enterprises an easy way to stay on top of the market changes, we powered our innovations with productivity at the forefront.
Some Great Things Happened in 2022
Looking back over this year, we’ve made some great strides and provided our customers and partners with practical and easy-to-deploy solutions that are relevant for today’s digital era.
- AudioCodes was ranked as the leading enterprise SBC vendor in 2021 by Omdia in their Enterprise SBCs and VoIP Gateways Market Tracker – 4Q21 Analysis. AudioCodes Mediant SBCs enable seamless and secure Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams and bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC) for Zoom Phone, Genesys Cloud CX and other leading unified communications (UC) and contact center solutions.
- We launched AudioCodes Live Cloud, a white-label, multi-tenant, multi-UCaaS voice as a service solution for service providers, based on our field-proven technology.
- AudioCodes was approved by Microsoft as an Operator Connect Accelerator partner, offering service providers an Operator Connect Accelerator solution that helps to accelerate Operator Connect onboarding and operations. AudioCodes Live Cloud is our platform for delivering that capability.
- Live Cloud also offers partners the ability to launch a Direct Routing as-a-service offer based on AudioCodes cloud infrastructure and unique automation tools.
- AudioCodes Live Cloud also supports Zoom Phone BYOC that accelerates the integration and onboarding of new service providers to enable them to become Zoom Provider Exchange partners.
- AudioCodes Live Cloud expands AudioCodes Live’s portfolio of solutions for Microsoft Teams that includes:
- AudioCodes Live for Microsoft Teams that helps organizations to easily integrate Teams with the PSTN for seamless and secured voice calling. Live for Teams removes the complexity from the integration of Teams to enable smooth collaboration, unified communications and enterprise telephony. Thus, enabling seamless, rapid and cost-effective migration to Teams.
- AudioCodes Live Express that provides partners a Direct Routing as-a-service solution that they can offer to their customers with a straightforward onboarding process, making customer migration as easy as ever.
- Meeting rooms became a key focus during the hybrid workplace transition. AudioCodes meeting room solutions are designed to support every type of room in the rapidly evolving workplace. For example, AudioCodes recently released the RXV81 Collaboration Bar, a standalone Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video bar, takes plug-and-play simplicity to the next level resulting in a familiar and exceptionally productive Microsoft Teams meeting experience. AudioCodes also offers a range of IP phones certified by Microsoft that deliver enhanced voice quality and video-enabled collaboration for Teams.
- AudioCodes SmartTAP 360° Live, an intelligent, fully secured enterprise interaction and compliance recording solution that allows companies to capture and index interactions across external and internal communication channels and boasts exceptionally powerful analytics abilities.
- Another great example is AudioCodes Click-to-Call. Click-to-call has been around some time, but as the digital world transforms to put customer experience front and center, AudioCodes has made sure to offer a solution that accelerates this transformation. With AudioCodes Click-to-Call, customers can seamlessly connect with contact centers across the globe with just a click of a button.
- AudioCodes VoiceAI Connect Cloud is a self-service SaaS solution that enables customers to set up BYOC voice connectivity simply and rapidly. VoiceAI Connect Cloud BYOC approach means customers can continue to use their contact center’s existing phone numbers and keep their current carrier contracts and migrate smoothly from legacy contact center solutions. This solution is also available for the voice channel of Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- AudioCodes 400HD series of business phones were certified for Zoom Phone. The 400HD series include a range of easy-to-use, feature-rich desktop devices with high voice quality. When deployed in the Zoom Phone environment, these devices deliver an optimal user experience and provide traditional PBX voice functionality. All of AudioCodes’ Zoom certified devices support Zoom’s Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and don’t require registration form the phone itself, making deployment and provisioning easy.
