Supporting the SIPREC industry standard, SmartTAP 360° is easy to deploy and can be up and running within a matter of minutes. It enables recording of any Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business PSTN call via AudioCodes SBCs and media gateways.

When deployed in Azure, SmartTAP is provided with 4 recording licenses for evaluation. Additional licenses may be purchased from AudioCodes partners with professional customer support available at an additional charge.
