Product Notice #0353: GA Release of AudioCodes SmartTAP™ 360° Recording Solution

Now, with the publication of Product Notice #0353, we are excited to announce the General Availability (GA) release of Software Version 4.3 for the SmartTAP 360º call recording solution.

This release delivers the following major features:

• A new UI that brings SmartTAP 360º management under the umbrella of the AudioCodes One Voice Operations Center (OVOC)
• Selective recording and filtering for setting user call recording types
• The Announcement service can now be activated for selected user calls
• Targeted user video conference calls are recorded and displayed in the SmartTAP 360º web interface
• Recording of Skype For Business 2019 calls is now available
• Enhanced Test Call process that increases System Health Monitoring by revealing recording issues as they occur through periodic test calls
• And much more

AudioCodes SmartTAP 360º for Microsoft Skype for Business and Teams Direct Routing is a fully certified and secure enterprise interactions recording solution, enabling the capturing and indexing of customer and any other organizational interaction.
