Zoom Phone Provider Exchange empowers service providers to establish connections with new customers and assists in orchestrating their smooth transition to the cloud. It achieves this by introducing the Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) feature for Zoom’s cloud unified communications (UC), all without the need for on-premises hardware. As a result, this brings a range of benefits for both customers and service providers alike.
New partners can also list their own application on the Zoom App Marketplace in order to increase their exposure to Zoom’s global customer base. With Zoom Phone Provider Exchange, service providers can benefit from additional revenue streams in addition to PSTN connectivity, such as the resale of Zoom UC as part of Zoom’s client bundles.
